Me and a Boss(3)
Finally, after about an hour of pretty much having the time of their lives, it was time for them to leave. In as much as they would have wanted to take the date to somewhere much more private, it was the first date and despite the fact that the attraction between them was undeniable, they had to wait for at least the next couple of dates for something incredible to happen between them.
Chapter 3:
-Making memories-
After going for a third consecutive date, Tony decided that it was about time he brought her back home and made sure that virtually everything is well introduced to her. At first, he thought that he ought to have waited since Kate seemed like a very decent girl and having to rush her into things seemed like he was desperate. But that said, he decided that maybe he wasn’t as desperate as he might have thought.
At the end of the day, Tony decided that maybe it wasn’t such a bad idea to take a risk and get to ask her out on a date.
If worse came to worst, then the only thing that Kate would have done was to tell him to take her slow since it was already apparent that she liked him a little bit. But as far as he was concerned, he still thought that it was worth taking the risk because, first and foremost, he was the man and it was upon the man to take all of the risks in a relationship.
The bottom line was that Kate made Tony happy. And even if asking her out to come and hang out in his mansion was too much to ask, then she would tell him. And so as soon as he was done with the business meeting that had kept him busy for several hours, Tony immediately took out his phone and dialed her number.
It was almost funny to Tony just how incredibly it still gave him the chills just to pick out the phone and make a phone call to her. Btu either way, he decided that it wasn’t such a big deal. After all, that was the reason he took the number, right? All he wanted to do was to make the call as soon as he could. The phone on the other end started ringing, and Tony stopped thinking, paying all of his attention to the little, beeping sound.
“Hello?” a stringy voice uttered gently as soon as the beeping stopped.
Firstly, he had no idea of what he was going to tell this beautiful woman. But as soon as he had become a little bit relaxed, Tony decided that it would be easier if he treated her as though she was a casual friend. That way, he wasn’t going to keep on panicking each and every single time he was talking to her.
“I am off work, and I was hoping you are going to stop by since I don’t live far from your club. Can I send a car to fetch you?”
There was some silence from the other side for a moment or two. It seemed as though they were both anticipating what to say next. But thankfully, Tony saved the day when it was just a couple of seconds away from being a very awkward phone call.
“Are you still there? Or is it bad timing. You know I can always call you back later when you have the time.”
“It is perfect timing. I am sorry, I was thinking about what I was going to wear. I hope it's not an official date since I am already prepared to go to work, and I am in my work attire.”
“No, it isn’t. I just wanted to get to see you. That’s all.”

They both laughed as they took another round of vodka. Though it was the first time that they were getting to enjoy the company of each other, it seemed as though the two of them had known each other for a very long time and that was what made everything look special.
It seemed as though the drinks were starting to get to both of them and for a moment, it also seemed as though Kate had forgotten all about the work that she was supposed to go to, and it felt a little funny at that point. But either way, they were having the time of their lives, and that seemed like something that they both were looking forward to very eagerly.
And at that point, Tony suggested something that was out of the blue and needless to say, Kate found it a little bit too interesting for her to say no to at the end of the day.
“Sure. But I have to warn you. I am not that much of a great dancer. In other words, I will have to warn you that you need to make a point of dancing quite perfectly so that you can cover my awkwardness.”
“Well, I can’t promise a damn thing because I am not that much of an incredible dancer. But the good thing is that we are the only ones here and even if we stink, no one will have the luxury of laughing at us.”
And with that, the two lovebirds were up on the dance floor, dancing to the chirping of the birds outside. At first, Kate thought of how awkward it might be dancing without listening to any music. But from the look of things, it seemed as though it was much more romantic to dance without music than the opposite since in the former case, you dance to the rhythm of your partner’s heartbeat – and nothing was more beautiful than that.
Kate could feel as though her body was starting to tremble as she pressed herself against Tony’s firm, well-chiseled body and that alone made her start feeling as though she was getting all aroused.
She hadn’t felt that in a while and for that matter, she felt a little shaken since it felt as though she was treading in unfamiliar territory. But from the look of things, it seemed as though Tony’s firm and caring touch acted as an incredible assurance which was such an amazing thing because it not only reassured her but it also made Kate feel like she had someone strong to take care of her.
And for that matter, her only wish was that the dancing would last for as long as possible. They kept on dancing for about five minutes and at that point, Kate could feel his hardness pressing against her belly, and she almost panicked. But since Tony didn’t move or showed any signs of moving back, Kate decided to stay put and even begun to enjoy his hardness pressing against her.
