Just Bob (Assassins Inc. #1)(8)

I let my head fall back against Shade’s shoulder as all the strength left my body. My hands fell limply to my sides. The only thing keeping me from falling to the ground were the two large arms wrapped around me, the bent knees between my legs, and the pulsing cock in my ass.

I cried out softly when Shade’s hand wrapped around my cock again and fondled me. I didn’t think I had another ounce of seed left in my body. I knew I didn’t have another orgasm in me.

The last two had wiped me out.

“Too much,” I whimpered as Shade stroked me from root to tip. I was so sensitive that I could almost feel every contour and crease in Shade’s hand. Unbelievably, I felt myself harden again. My mind—what was left of it—reeled. I was totally at Shade’s mercy.

“Again,” Shade growled into my ear. “Come for me again, baby.”

I shook my head rapidly. I couldn’t come again. I didn’t think I’d survive it. Shade didn’t seem to be giving me a choice. He pulled out of me and turned me around, laying me back down on the floor before he lifted my legs and pushed back into me. The second he sank inside of me, he lifted me up onto his knees.

I lifted my eyes to Shade’s. I was shocked to see a glow in the man’s gray eyes. Shade’s teeth were bared, the breath coming out of his chest more of a deep rumble than anything else.

Lifting my head, I licked the flesh of Shade’s neck nibbling at the soft skin. Shade was so sweet, so tangy. I could taste the strength in him, the power. I groaned and filled Shade’s hand with my seed when my orgasm grabbed me and dragged me over the edge.

I could feel every fiber of my being soak up all that the man was as Shade thrust into me and then stilled. Something hot filled my ass. I cried out when the head of Shade’s cock thickened to a massive size. I didn’t think it was possible for him to get any bigger.

I didn’t understand it, but I accepted it. Shade was everything that was dominant alpha male and I wanted it all, every last domineering drop.

I pulled my lips away from Shade’s neck and leaned my head back to look up into Shade’s gray eyes again. For some reason, I wasn’t surprised by the possessive glint in them.

I expected it.

I wanted it.

What did surprise me was the tender look on Shade’s face. If I didn’t know better I would think that Shade had been as affected by our love making as I had been. I wanted to believe that. I needed to believe it. I needed to know this earth-shattering experience had meant as much to Shade as it had to me.

“Shade?”

“You are a marvel, little one.”

“Bob. My name is Bob.”

That kind of said it all in my mind.

Shade’s lips curled up. “I know.”

I frowned. I didn’t remember giving him my name. “How do you know my name is Bob?”

I never thought to see a man like Shade blush, but he was, which made me wonder what was going through his mind in that moment. “What?”

“I know a lot about you, Bob. Where you live, where you work.” Shade’s grin was back. “Where you like to have your coffee when you go on break.”

“Why would you know that stuff?” My heart pattered faster. “Are you stalking me?”

Wouldn’t that be cool?

My own personal stalker.

“I am.”

I started to smile.

“I like to know everything about a person before I kill them.”

“I’m sorry, what?”

I could not have heard that right.

Shade’s finger trailed down the side of my face. It was kind of distracting, but not enough to take away my overwhelming need to know what the guy meant. “Shade?”

“I was contracted to kill you, baby. Someone wants you dead.”

“Me?”

I wasn’t important enough to kill.

Really.

“Why?”

“That, I do not know, but I’m looking into it.”

I frowned again, tilting my head. “Does that mean you’re not going to kill me?”

“No, Bob.” Shade’s chuckle rumbled through me in the most delightful manner. “I am not going to kill you.”

Well, that was a plus.

“Why not?”

It was a stupid question and I knew it as soon as I asked but it was too late. The words were already out of my mouth.

Stupid mouth.

“You belong to me now,” Shade said.

I gasped when the pressure inside my ass seemed to deflate and then Shade pulled out of me, scooted back, and stood.

I was still trying to figure out what that meant when the guy held out his hand. I didn’t even think about it. I just grabbed it. My eyes rounded to a considerable size when I was yanked right up onto my feet.

“Wow, you’re strong.”

That was kind of an understatement considering I was eye level with a set of rock hard pec muscles. I poked one with the tip of my finger.

Yep, hard as a rock.

Damn.

“I guess you kind of need muscles like that to kill people, huh?”

Shade raised an eyebrow at me, but he didn’t laugh, which I appreciated. “It helps.”

“Are you hungry?” I asked. “I’m hungry. I didn’t eat dinner last night.”

Shade glanced at the empty ice cream container on the nightstand.
